As Copy Lead, my responsibilities were to define and enforce Flamingo’s tone of voice and positioning as a challenger brand in the women’s body care and hair removal space. I oversaw copy assets, managing one copywriter, and contributed both writing and creative strategy to all channels, including packaging, campaigns, organic and paid social, website, in-store marketing, and more.
